Reactions

Matthew Lui (goalie of Hong Kong): “It was an early morning game, so that’s tough but our team played pretty well defensively. I think I only faced like 10 shots so that wasn’t a lot of work. Our team played and earned the shutout together. We know both GB and Cayman Islands are good teams and tough to beat. Whoever we have to play, we will play and we’ll do our best. We won’t get satisfied until we got the Gold.”

Ralph Melki (Head Coach of team Lebanon): “We´re disappointed. Before the match I thought we make a bigger effort in the game. I don ´t want to have any excuses. But few players are injured, so our line-up was shorter. We would like to finish this tournament at least with one win. I believe that we can do so. Whole championship is not for us diappointment, it´s a good experience, because Lebanon takes part in the championship for the first time. Personally, I absolutely enjoyed it here.”
