Reactions

Dampy Brar (captain, Team India): We never thought it was going to be easy. Finland has some fast players and guys that can score, so we came in prepared to play. We changed up our lineup a little bit to enhance the offence, and I think it worked out. Any time a player scores two goals - it could me me or another player - it’s a good sign. (The upcoming quarter-final against the Czech Republic) will be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for some of our guys to play in front of such a crowd. We’ve got a young team and to play in that atmosphere in such an important game is going to be a great experience.

Coach of team Finland: We lost another match at this tournament and we have to focus on preparation for the next one; probably we will play against Haiti, or maybe somebody else. But we absolutely have to stay in the A pool. I think we lost a lot of face-offs today and that was a problem for us.
