The Final day of this year’s World Championship is finally here. The hosts will play for Women’s gold where they face team USA. It would be a first ever Gold for either of both countries as Canada and Slovakia meet only in game for bronze. In Men’s tournament, Slovaks managed to beat hosts in shootouts and will challenge Canada to earn their third consecutive gold. The Czech will face Greece for bronze.

Slovakia wants their back-to-back-to-back gold and they are close to get it. One game left, Canada to beat. Gold medal game starts at 17:00 CET. The hosts will try to wash off disappointment in a bronze medal game where they face Greece at 14:00 CET.

The Czech Republic can win gold however as their women’s national team defeated Slovaks to play against team USA on Saturday. Whoever wins will be crowned world champions for the very first time. Also whoever loses in the bronze medal game Canada v Slovakia will be without any kind of medal for very first time.

There are also games for further positions to be played in both categories. USA and Portugal will play for 5th place among men, Great Britain and Italy amongst women with their second game of the series.
